Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate for a weekend 2nd shift (Fri-Mon, 1:00pm–11:30pm) in Gretna, NE. The role focuses on inventory management, shipping/receiving, and assembly tasks in a fast-paced data center environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with server rack setup, with emphasis on safety and teamwork. A high school diploma and 1 year of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating procedures.
• Familiarity with handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming/outgoing inventory records and documentation.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with suppliers and carriers.
• Inspect, count, and reconcile inventory; maintain organized workspace.
• Ensure safety protocols and security measures are followed in the data center.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill logistics needs.
• Assist with setup and installation of server racks and related assemblies.
