Job summary

Randstad USA in Cedar Rapids, IA seeks a Logistics Associate to join our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility as part of a high-tech data center launch. You will be the backbone of the operation, handling inventory, logistics, and server setup with a focus on precision and safety.

You will receive, inspect, and track servers and networking gear, coordinate with carriers, and operate forklifts to move assets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and track mission-critical hardware (servers, networking gear, racks).
• Coordinate with carriers and operate material handling equipment (forklifts/pallet jacks) to move high-value assets.
• Assist with server rack assembly, cabling, and physical setup beyond the loading dock.
• Maintain a secure, clean environment and collaborate with tech support and procurement teams to keep the facility running.
