Job summary

Randstad USA in Cedar Rapids, IA seeks a Logistics Associate to join our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility as part of a high-tech data center launch. You will be the backbone of the operation, handling inventory, logistics, and server setup with a focus on precision and safety.

You will receive, inspect, and track servers and networking gear, coordinate with carriers, and operate forklifts to move assets.

Responsibilities

• Logistics & Shipping: Coordinate with carriers and operate material handling equipment (forklifts/pallet jacks) to move high-value assets.
• Server Assembly: Go beyond the loading dock to assist in the physical setup, assembly, and cable management of server racks.
• Site Excellence: Maintain a secure, clean environment while collaborating with tech support and procurement teams to keep the facility running perfectly.
