Job summary

SMC Corporation is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager in Noblesville, IN to partner with the IT Leadership team and ensure infrastructure availability, performance, and stability. You will oversee data center networks, compute, storage, server virtualization, WAN/MAN, and security while leading a team of system administrators and engineers.

You will drive improvements, manage vendor relationships, and align infrastructure projects with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of management and/or supervisory experience.
• 5+ years of verifiable experience in designing, building, and managing large Enterprise IT networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide awesome support for current and future enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with partners on value-driven solutions and new technology adoption.
• Oversee IT Infrastructure implementations, forecasting, and maintenance with focus on technical and financial impacts.
• Lead a team of System Administrators and Engineers across hardware and software platforms.
• Proactively improve administration, monitoring, reporting, and SOPs.
• Manage vendor, partner, and manufacturer relationships.
• Create and monitor metrics to continuously improve IT Infrastructure services.
• Perform annual salary and performance reviews.
