Job summary

SMC is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to partner with IT Leadership to ensure the availability, performance, and stability of enterprise systems in Noblesville, IN. The role will lead a team of system administrators and engineers delivering reliable services across data centers, networks, compute, storage, and security.

This position drives strategic initiatives, vendor relationships, forecasting, and metrics, while performing annual salary and performance reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent verifiable education/work experience.
5+ years designing, building, and managing large Enterprise IT networks.
7+ years of management and/or supervisory experience.
Ability to travel abroad; valid passport.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship if applicable.

Responsibilities

Provide awesome support for current and future enterprise systems.
Collaborate with partners on value driven solutions, driving new technology, innovation, and adoption.
Oversee IT Infrastructure implementations, forecasting, and maintenance focusing on technical and financial impacts.
Lead a team of System Administrators and Engineers responsible for various hardware/software platforms.
Improve administration, monitoring, reporting, and standard operating procedures.
