Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Mathematics or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in a collaborative financial environment with a focus on value creation.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling concepts (WACC, NPV, IRR).
• Experience building and presenting investment materials and memos.
• Excellent communication with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and own the diligence process for new investment opportunities.
• Develop and own financial models to support acquisitions and financings.
• Coordinate due diligence teams and model underwriting.
• Research market data to drive decision analytics for senior management.
• Lead calls/meetings with internal and external constituents and respond to questions.
• Analyze property-level information and summarize financial implications.
• Collaborate across teams to implement strategies and drive returns.
