Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Associate to manage incoming and outgoing inventory, document shipments, and coordinate with suppliers. You will perform stock counts, assist with server rack assembly, and support cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient operations in a data center setting.

The role requires basic math, familiarity with MS Excel/Word, and adherence to safety protocols while using pallet jacks and forklifts. This is an on-site position in Pryor Creek, OK.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming inventory including racks, trays, networking equipment, and other hardware.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation for all items received and shipped.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging for outgoing shipments.
• Upload, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Transport inventory by hand using material handling equipment (e.g. pallet jacks) safely.
• Assist in the setup and installation of server racks per provided instructions and diagrams.
• Support cross-functional teams in inventory and logistics needs and participate in special projects as directed.
