Job summary

manpowe is seeking an Integration & Technical Infrastructure Manager to lead fit-out and delivery of large-scale data center projects in a dynamic operating environment. The role emphasizes coordinating cross-functional teams, managing telecom and networking deployments, and ensuring safety standards are met on site.

Ideal candidates will have strong construction project management experience and the ability to drive complex schedules, milestones, and stakeholder alignment across internal teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience managing data center construction, telecom infrastructure, or mission-critical facility projects.
• Strong background in construction project management and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead integration meetings and drive project execution onsite.
• Experience with vendor management, risk management, and project scheduling tools such as P6 and Bluebeam preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage integration and technical infrastructure fit-out activities for large-scale data center projects.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders including contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Drive risk mitigation strategies, project reporting, and progress tracking through metrics and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards while supporting telecom, networking, security, and infrastructure deployments.
