Job summary

CSS is seeking a Data Center Integration Lead to support deployment, integration, validation, and commissioning of advanced data center infrastructure. You will liaise between customers, sales teams, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful deployments and operational readiness.

Responsibilities include reviewing rack elevations and BOMs, validating hardware and software deployments, and delivering technical documentation and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• 9+ years in data center design, deployment, commissioning, integration, or support
• Experience with data center infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling
• Linux operating systems knowledge and infrastructure troubleshooting
• Experience with server deployment, OS installation, firmware management, validation
• Familiarity with BIOS, BMC, Redfish, IPMI, and hardware management platforms
• Experience with Ethernet networking, InfiniBand, storage networks, and cabling
• Familiarity with automation and infrastructure management tools; Kubernetes/ container platforms preferred
• Experience with GPU-based or high-density compute environments preferred
• Ability to read rack elevations, BOMs, cable schedules, port maps, IP plans

Responsibilities

• Act as technical liaison between customers, sales, and internal teams
• Review rack elevations, BOMs, and cable/IP plans for deployments
• Support hardware installation, power validation, and OS deployment activities
• Provide firmware validation and infrastructure testing support
• Validate servers, storage, networking, GPU, and cooling systems
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams for deployment best practices
• Assist with connectivity and performance troubleshooting across networks
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective action planning
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and validation checklists
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and hands-on training
