Job summary

Jacobs seeks an Instrument and Controls Designer to develop P&ID diagrams and panel layouts for data centers, semiconductor facilities, and industrial sites. You will model in 3D, create drawings, and collaborate with global teams to meet project schedules.

The role requires an Associate’s degree in Drafting or Engineering Technology, 2+ years BIM design experience, and proficiency with BIM360, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. Hybrid work option available.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Drafting or Engineering Technology required.
• 2+ years BIM design experience.
• Experience using BIM360, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects designing state-of-the-art data center, semiconductor, and other manufacturing facilities
• Develop 3D models and 2D drawings of industrial facility control systems
• Work within global multidisciplinary teams
• Manage time efficiently across multiple projects
