TEKsystems in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Data Center Installation Technician to support the buildout of a hyperscale data center in the greater Charlotte area.

The role focuses on pulling and routing fiber optic and low‑voltage cabling, installing cable trays and racks, and assisting with terminations, labeling, and project drawings.

This entry‑level, contract position offers hands‑on training, exposure to cutting‑edge data center infrastructure, and long‑term project stability with room to grow.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of construction, low-voltage, telecom, or cabling experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced team.
• Able to work on ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Rock Hill, SC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
