Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Data Center IT Infrastructure Technician responsible for addressing client support needs within their data centers. Key duties include hardware installation, troubleshooting, and technical coordination with internal teams.

The ideal candidate should have a High School diploma and at least 3-5 years of experience in a data center environment, possess relevant certifications, and be ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of data center or help desk experience required.
• CompTIA Network+ and BICSI Installer 1 certification preferred.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to fifty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support client requests within NTT data centers.
• Install and manage client hardware.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose enterprise-level hardware issues.
