Job summary

CBRE DIRECTLINE, a CBRE Data Center Solutions business, is seeking a Technician II to support our data center infrastructure. You will install, decommission, and maintain network cabling, ensuring quality workmanship and clean facilities in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a current LEA or LEB license, OSHA 10, and experience with copper/fiber testing, blueprints, and field terminations. You will collaborate with stakeholders and uphold industry best practices across projects.

Qualifications

• Current LEA or LEB license required and must be maintained.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Knowledge and use of basic telecom hand tools.
• Ability to read and understand job floor plans and wiring schemes.

Responsibilities

• Install and decommission network and cabling infrastructure in a Data Center.
• Deliver repeatable solutions and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide structured feedback on project progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain Data Center cleanliness and adhere to safety standards.
