Job summary

Megawatt Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee low-voltage and structured cabling projects from kickoff to closeout. You will coordinate field teams, client relations, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in project management within data center environments, strong problem-solving skills, and hands-on leadership to drive safe, quality project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in low-voltage, data center infrastructure, or related field.
• Experience coordinating large-scale low-voltage or structured cabling projects.
• Experience working with general contractors, data center owners/operators, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Experience in active data center environments preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned low-voltage, structured cabling, fiber optic, and data center infrastructure projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Manage day-to-day execution and financial performance of projects.
• Establish priorities, milestones, and execution plans.
• Identify and address risks to schedule, cost, or quality before they escalate.
• Track budgeted vs. actual labor, forecast costs, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate field teams, vendors, and clients to align on scope and schedule.
• Maintain project documentation and communication with stakeholders.
• Support forecasting, billing, cost projections, and monthly reporting.
