Job summary

Megawatt Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee low-voltage and structured cabling projects from award through completion.

You will manage schedules, budgets, materials, and field teams to deliver safe, on-time, and within-budget results for data center infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in project management for low-voltage environments, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in low-voltage, data center infra, or related industry.
• Experience coordinating large-scale structured cabling and low-voltage projects.
• Experience with general contractors, data center owners/operators, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Experience in active data center environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, schedules, and technical docs; strong communication skills.
• Procore and Bluebeam proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee low-voltage, structured cabling, fiber, and data center infra projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Manage day-to-day execution and financial performance of assigned scope.
• Establish priorities, milestones, deliverables, and execution plans.
• Identify and address schedule, cost, quality, or customer-satisfaction risks early.
• Own project controls: labor hours, cost-to-complete, committed costs, and profitability.
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal personnel.
• Maintain project schedules, documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Monitor procurement, material availability, and field constraints; visit sites regularly.
