Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is hiring a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to lead global data center inventory and power topology projects.

You will organize continuous improvement, drive scalable, data-driven processes, and partner with multiple teams across AWS Infrastructure to ensure durable delivery of capacity and operational excellence. The role emphasizes end-to-end program ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering reliable, cost-efficient infrastructure for AWS

Qualifications

2+ years of technical program management experience.
Bachelor's degree in a discipline that requires problem solving, typically Engineering, Physics, Finance, Business or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of MS-Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.

Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to define requirements and processes.
Manage the dependencies and interfaces between projects and/or project deliverables, and negotiate any needed trade-offs.
Provide program progress reporting on a regular basis.
End to end responsibility for the program’s execution and success.
Manage multiple competing projects/programs simultaneously.
Run meetings, create and maintain timelines, and keep large, diverse groups informed of progress and obstacles.
Ensure consistency in deployed configurations and track exceptions for follow up.
Develop and implement scalable, data-driven process improvement/automated solutions.
Assist in daily operational tasks as part of the overall Data Center Delivery workflow.
