Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of data center deployment and maintenance experience.
• Experience with copper and fiber cabling in indoor/outdoor environments.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN/SAN, firewalls, servers, storage, and DAS.
• Familiarity with EIA/TIA, IEEE, NEC, and ISO standards for data centers and cabling.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to onsite operational risks, incidents, and high-priority issues.
• Troubleshoot data center infrastructure problems and manage incident queues.
• Support shift turnover activities, media processing, and vendor escorting.
• Assist with data center and data room power-down events.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Service Owners, and SMEs to implement infrastructure-related requirements.
• Support OSI Layer 1 infrastructure design, implementation, and documentation.
