The Data Center Infrastructure Electrical Engineer is responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing electrical systems that support high‑density, mission‑critical data‑center environments. This role requires deep expertise in medium‑voltage (MV) and low‑voltage (LV) electrical distribution, including switchgear, UPS systems, transformers, and high‑power architectures for HPC, AI, and ML workloads. The engineer will own the creation and upkeep of detailed one‑line drawings, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure electrical designs meet performance, reliability, and safety requirements. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
This engineer ensures that the electrical backbone of next‑generation data centers is safe, reliable, and capable of supporting rapidly increasing power demands from HPC, AI, and ML workloads. Their work directly influences system uptime, scalability, and the successful deployment of high‑density compute infrastructure.
