Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas seeks an experienced Data Center Infrastructure Electrical Engineer (PE Required) to design, maintain, and optimize electrical systems for high-density data centers, HPC/AI workloads, and mission-critical facilities.

The role requires deep expertise in MV/LV distribution, switchgear, UPS, transformers, and high-power architectures, with responsibility for one-line drawings, load calculations, and coordination with mechanical and IT teams to meet reliability and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 5+ years in data-center electrical engineering or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience creating MV/LV one-line drawings and electrical documentation.
• Experience with MV switchgear, LV switchboards, UPS, transformers, and high-power distribution.

Responsibilities

• Update MV/LV one-line drawings and documentation.
• Design high-power HPC/AI/ML electrical systems and busways.
• Produce load calculations, breaker coordination, and arc-flash studies.
• Coordinate with mechanical, IT hardware, and project teams.
• Support design reviews, vendor evaluations, and commissioning.
