Job summary

Align is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale cabling infrastructure deployments for AI and hyperscale data centers across the U.S. You will focus on planning, coordination, documentation, reporting, and delivery, working with clients, teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The ideal candidate has experience in AI infrastructure, data center cabling, low-voltage, or IT infrastructure for large deployments.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in data centers, cabling, or IT infrastructure.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer-facing skills.
Experience coordinating multiple teams, vendors, and locations.

Responsibilities

Manage data center cabling and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout.
Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, milestones, risk logs, and resource plans.
Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Track progress, identify risks, and resolve schedule or deployment issues.
Manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, status reports, and closeout documentation.
Lead client and internal project meetings and provide clear status updates.
Support QA/QC, testing, commissioning, turnover, and project closeout.
