Job summary

Salute is a leading provider of data center services, seeking a Data Center Kitchen Technician to maintain and repair commercial kitchen equipment, ensure safe operation, and support facility tasks. The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination with project management.

Based in McCarran-Sparks, NV, the technician will manage a wide range of appliances and HVAC systems while contributing to energy-efficiency and safety initiatives across the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial/industrial kitchen repair.
• EPA 608 universal license preferred (or obtainable within 30 days).
• Certification in commercial appliance repair or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial kitchen appliances (ovens, steamers, dishwashers, mixers, fryers, refrigeration).
• Maintain HVAC and exhaust/ventilation systems in kitchen environments.
• Replace worn parts and ensure safety and compliance with health standards.
• Record service activity in CMMS and manage spare parts inventory.
