Job summary

Salute, a leading provider of data center infrastructure services, seeks a hands-on Data Center MSO II - HVAC & Mechanical Specialist to support critical facility operations in Lenoir, NC. You will manage HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and control systems, ensuring reliable performance and safety.

Working schedules include 7:00am-3:30pm and alternating shifts. The role requires hands-on expertise, strong problem-solving, and a proactive approach to maintaining uptime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in HVAC maintenance, data centers preferred.
• Able to read and interpret HVAC controls and reports.
• EPA 608 certification required or must obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily HVAC-related maintenance and adhere to schedules.
• Coordinate troubleshooting with clients and team members.
• Oversee seasonal HVAC operations and safety checks.
• Maintain documentation of operations, asset history, and inventory.
• Provide emergency support and rapid response to facility issues.
