Job summary

Aerotek is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to support data center construction in Houston, TX. This role offers hands-on work with advanced industrial HVAC equipment, including boilers and chillers, in a safety‑focused environment.

You will earn $30–$50 per hour plus a $150 per diem per day, with medical coverage and 401(k) options. Candidates should have at least 2 years of industrial HVAC experience, OSHA 10, NFPA 70E, and the ability to work overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of industrial HVAC experience (commercial/residential alone not sufficient).
• Basic refrigeration knowledge and proficiency with HVAC tools (manifolds, gauges, pressure testing).
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and industrial maintenance tasks.
• Hands-on experience with boilers and chillers in an industrial environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Comfort working at heights up to 15 feet.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and structured processes.
• Willingness to work early mornings, overtime, and weekends.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• NFPA 70E (2025) electrical safety training (or willingness to obtain).
• Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to bring and use a personal set of HVAC and mechanical tools.
