Evergreen Talent Partners is seeking experienced HVAC / Chiller Technicians to support critical infrastructure and data center environments. You will join a team focused on delivering reliable cooling systems, safety, and exceptional service on-site.

Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/chiller systems, troubleshooting with schematics and diagnostic tools, and providing tailored solutions for data centers while ensuring accurate service records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC experience preferred; data center/industrial background is a strong advantage.
• Welding capability for HVAC repairs/modifications is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Comfortable working in critical environments.

$35-$55/hr + Overtime + Company Vehicle + Full Benefits

I’m currently working with a leading HVAC manufacturer that is expanding its team and looking for experienced HVAC / Chiller Technicians to support critical infrastructure and data center environments.

This is a strong opportunity for a technician looking to take their career into the rapidly growing data center industry and build specialized experience working with critical cooling systems.

You’ll be joining a team that values technical excellence, safety, and customer service working on-site to ensure HVAC systems are operating at peak performance.

What you’ll be doing:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC and chiller systems
• Troubleshooting equipment using schematics and diagnostic tools
• Performing routine maintenance and service calls
• Working within critical data center environments
