REIC Rentals is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to support data center customers in Northeast Virginia. You will service and maintain temporary climate control equipment, ensuring peak performance in both shop and at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Experience with data centers or mission-critical facilities preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC and climate control equipment at data centers.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and power systems.
• Read schematics and manuals to diagnose issues.
• Install and commission rental equipment at customer sites.
• Document service work and travel across Northeast Virginia.
