Job summary

REIC Rentals is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to support data center customers across Northeast Virginia. You will service and maintain temporary climate control equipment, including cooling, heating, dehumidification, and environmental control systems, ensuring peak performance both in shop and at client sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Experience servicing mission-critical facilities or data centers is highly preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and temporary climate control equipment at data centers.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and power equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical issues.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
• Install, start up, and commission rental equipment at client sites.
• Travel throughout Northeast Virginia to support customer locations.
