Qualifications

• Min. 3 years HVAC experience in a blend of residential and commercial settings.
• HVAC experience in data centers and large hyperscale environments.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• High school diploma or GED; 18+ years old; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work in mission critical space is high quality and impacts no customers.
• Train and transfer knowledge to other technicians.
• Perform preventive maintenance, corrective work, and emergencies per CET3 procedures.
• Read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and MOPs to install/repair equipment.
• Troubleshoot HVAC equipment; log activities in CMMS.
• Monitor facility parameters (temp, humidity, alarms) and BAS adjustments.
• Coordinate with vendors; oversee maintenance and safety compliance.
• Lead drills for site EOPs and implement site procedures.
