Qualifications

• Technical apprenticeship or equivalent with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Ability to present information clearly to internal teams, clients and management.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Good communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills to calculate simple figures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily site inspections of Mechanical & Engineering systems and equipment.
• Ensure environmental conditions provide a safe work environment.
• Respond to Building Management System alarms and perform emergency repairs.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Complete planned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance on equipment.
• Check BMS for running and alarm conditions and address HVAC issues.
• Take meter readings from UPS and PDU systems; document maintenance.
• Provide fixes to facility defects and maintain thorough records.
• Follow established processes and safety requirements; complete required training.
• Deliver output following defined procedures under supervision.
