Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC experience or equivalent education.
• Skilled in inspection, repair, and alteration of HVAC/refrigeration systems.
• Experience calibrating systems.
• Familiar with preventive maintenance and servicing of equipment.
• Ability to write MOPs for maintenance and repair activities.
• Diagnose defects and maintain HVAC units.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, modify, and install HVAC equipment and components.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on refrigeration and air-handling units.
• Repair or replace defective parts and controls.
• Operate tools and equipment and maintain inventory.
• Maintain records and prepare reports.
• Assist teammates with other tasks as needed.
• Support facility cleanliness and safety.
