Job summary

TICA Global is seeking a results-driven sales engineer to drive technical sales and business development for mission-critical data center HVAC solutions in the Phoenix region. You will engage with colocation providers, hyperscale operators, MEP firms, and GC teams to deliver tailored proposals from inquiry to close.

The role requires 1.5+ years in B2B technical sales for data center cooling, deep knowledge of CRAC/CRAH and thermal management, and a track record of closing complex projects.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of B2B technical sales or sales engineering in mission-critical data center HVAC & cooling.
• Solid knowledge of data center infrastructure including CRAC/CRAH, chilled water, indirect evaporative cooling, AHUs, and thermal management for hyperscale & colocation facilities.
• Familiar with Tier 3/Tier 4 data center design standards, MEP project workflow, bidding processes, and high-uptime requirements.
• Proven track record of independently developing MEP consultants, general contractors, data center operators and end clients; experience in full-cycle technical sales, solution proposals, budget quoting and project closure.
• Self-motivated with good market insight to cover the Phoenix, AZ regional market and meet annual sales targets.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
