Salute is seeking a Data Center Facilities Site Lead with HVAC qualifications to direct a multi-skilled team in a data center setting. You will oversee preventative and corrective HVAC maintenance, ensuring safe, efficient operations and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• HVAC and critical facility maintenance experience.
• Leadership experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and safety focus.
• Proficiency with data-driven maintenance reporting and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HVAC maintenance and ensure safety, quality, and schedules.
• Lead and mentor technicians, enforcing proper techniques and safety practices.
• Coordinate seasonal HVAC operations and performance testing.
• Serve as primary liaison between field team, client, and project leadership.
• Manage work orders, documentation, and progress reports.
