Johnson Controls is seeking skilled chiller mechanics to support our North America HVAC service business. You will work on air-cooled and/or water-cooled chillers, AHUs, and industrial chillers, performing startup, commissioning, and aftermarket service with a focus on safety and quality.

You will be part of a collaborative team, with factory certification through STA, and opportunities for advancement in a fast-growing organization. A valid UA membership and travel readiness are required.

Formación

• Must be a member of the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO or willing to join.
• Practical working experience on air cooled and/or water-cooled chillers, industrial chillers, AHUs or large RTU units with strong HVAC/mechanical troubleshooting.
• Able to lead large complex repairs, jobs or retrofits and repair compressors, turbines, chillers, and related systems.
• Extensive experience inHVAC systems including chilled water loops, pumping, and troubleshooting.
• Travel 10–20% to support startup, commissioning, and aftermarket service.

Responsabilidades

• Support fast-growing HVAC business in North America with air and water-cooled chillers and boilers.
• Provide startup, commissioning, and aftermarket service to customers.
• Diagnose and repair large tonnage chillers and associated systems.
• Lead training and share knowledge with local branch technicians.
• Provide quotes to customers and participate in Service Plus Rewards program.
