Job summary

Amentum is seeking a General Maintenance Technician II to support our New Albany, OH data center operations. You will perform intermediate maintenance, troubleshoot fixtures and systems, and work as part of a self-directed multi-craft team.

You will handle routine and preventive maintenance, support other trades, and ensure safety and compliance while maintaining equipment performance and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of HVAC/R or facility maintenance experience in data centers or similar environments.
• Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet with aerial/scissor lifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned maintenance on building equipment and services.
• Operate and maintain HVAC equipment and systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and manage parts inventory.
• Assist in installing new equipment and supporting project work.
• Ensure compliance with safety, codes, and regulations.
