Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced HVAC mechanic for field service across North America. You will troubleshoot, install, and service advanced commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, rooftop units, pumps, and BAS.

Travel 50-75% is required, and you will mentor apprentices while collaborating with a strong team. You hold a Universal EPA refrigerant license and participate in the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HVAC professional with several years of experience.
• Able to troubleshoot a wide range of commercial/industrial equipment.
• Strong communication with teammates and customers and comfort explaining issues.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair advanced commercial HVAC systems.
• Work with chillers, rooftop units, pumps, and building automation systems.
• Diagnose issues and explain solutions to customers clearly.
• Collaborate with a team, mentor apprentices, and grow technical knowledge.
