Qualifications

• Licensed HVAC professional with Universal EPA refrigerant license.
• Travel 50–75% as part of the IMPACT Fly Team.
• Experience with commercial/industrial HVAC systems and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair advanced commercial HVAC systems, from units to building automation.
• Install and commission equipment such as chillers, pumps, rooftop units and controls.
• Diagnose issues, explain solutions, and ensure reliable system operation.
• Collaborate with apprentices and technicians to share knowledge and grow expertise.
