Eligible candidates hold a Universal EPA refrigerant license and are prepared to travel up to 75%. A bargaining unit position with union-aligned benefits and on-the-job training is available to develop skills and certify for advancement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HVAC professional with experience on commercial/industrial systems.
• Strong troubleshooting across chillers, boilers, pumps and compressors.
• Clear communication of issues and solutions to teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair advanced HVAC systems and perform full installations.
• Diagnose equipment issues and ensure energy-efficient, reliable operation.
• Collaborate with a team and mentor apprentices in safety-focused environment.
• Travel 50-75% as part of IMPACT Fly Team.
