Job summary

Texas AirSystems, LLC. seeks experienced HVAC Field Technicians to support startup, commissioning and repair of data-center equipment. You will travel to customer sites, work independently, and coordinate with project managers and service teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of field experience, HVAC certification and OSHA 10, and Vertiv training. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification and OSHA 10 required; 5+ years as service technician.
• Vertiv trained or certified preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.
• Willing to travel to customer sites.
• Knowledge of refrigeration, air flow, and system theory.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and coordinate field work independently.
• Start-up, commissioning, and support BMS on equipment.
• Perform factory start-up, commissioning, and warranty service on data center equipment.
• Inspect electrical and mechanical systems for peak performance.
• Interpret engineering drawings for layout and operation.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Field Supervisors, and customers.
• Maintain safety and complete required paperwork promptly.
• Identify additional services to increase customer value.
• Work in a team-based environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel within regional operational area.
