Job summary

Core Scientific, Inc. is seeking an HR Site Manager in Dalton, GA to provide strategic and hands-on HR support across employee relations, safety, training, and compliance at the local data-center campus.

You will lead onboarding, incident investigations, OSHA logging, and partner with operations to drive a safe, productive workplace while ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience; field-based HR experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety training standards, and injury reporting processes.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR representative on site, maintaining a strong presence at assigned locations and providing accessible support to employees and managers.
• Oversee onboarding of data center hires and provide them with necessary tools to succeed in their roles.
• Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance issues.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and provide guidance on policies, procedures, and company standards.
• Assist with implementing and optimizing HR processes and procedures.
• Handle employee concerns and investigations; conduct investigations and document accordingly.
