Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to capture design-build and construction work in the Data Center market across North America. You will lead a cross-functional team and shape go-to-market strategies, developing relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to win pursuits and drive growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing and/or Engineering is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in the engineering and construction industry preferably focused in the Data Center market.

Responsibilities

Engages with clients, vendors, partners, and third party engineers to establish a sales pipeline and achieve capture goals within the Data Centers market.
Establish and maintain key relationships with repeat and new clients from C-Suite thru operational levels.
Lead client visits and presentations with key business stakeholders typically less familiar/comfortable with the sales process.
Coordinate go/no-go discussions with business leaders thru white papers for informed pursuit decisions.
Monitor and analyze the competition by submarket and provide real time input to leadership on threats or opportunities.
