Job summary

Top Flight Maintenance is seeking a dependable Data Center Grounds Maintenance Technician to support a high-security data center campus in Wyoming. This hybrid role blends outdoor facilities care with grounds maintenance to keep the site safe, clean, and professionally maintained year-round.

You will perform hands-on exterior maintenance, mowing, irrigation help, snow response, and upkeep of tools and vehicles, with opportunities to work evenings and weekends during snow season.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance, grounds maintenance, construction, landscaping, or a related trade preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely operate equipment and tools.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet data center security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Outdoor Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine exterior property maintenance and repairs; maintain sidewalks, parking lots, fencing, gates, signage, and other site assets; complete minor carpentry, painting, pressure washing, and general handyman tasks.
• Grounds Maintenance: Mow, trim, edge, weed, prune, maintain landscape beds, shrubs, and trees; assist with irrigation inspections and minor repairs; complete seasonal cleanup.
• Snow & Weather Response: Assist with snow management and ice mitigation, operate snow equipment when trained, and respond to weather-related site needs including evenings, weekends, and extended hours during snow season.
• Equipment & Work Orders: Complete assigned work orders accurately and on time and maintain company vehicles, trailers, equipment, and tools.
• Safety & Security: Follow company safety policies and customer security requirements while safely operating commercial landscape equipment, power tools, and company vehicles.
• Communication & Independence: Work independently, manage daily priorities, and communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.
