Top Flight Maintenance is hiring a Snow Maintenance Technician to support winter operations and keep client properties safe and accessible during snow and ice events. This seasonal, non-driving role focuses on hands-on snow and ice maintenance such as shoveling, walkways, and applying ice melt.

Responsibilities include maintaining walkways, ensuring property safety, and following team directions. Candidates should be prepared for early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays during snow events.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays during snow events.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the reporting location or job site.
  • Physical ability to shovel snow, lift and carry materials, and perform manual labor for extended periods.
  • Ability to work outdoors in snow, ice, cold temperatures and other winter conditions.
  • Prior snow maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
  • Team-oriented, dependable and attentive to detail.
  • This is a non-driving snow role; operation of company plow trucks is not part of the position.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
