Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry or mechanical assembly or related trade.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and measuring devices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and assembly drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Team-oriented with good communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble structural frames and components per drawings and specs.
• Cut, measure, and fit materials using hand/power tools.
• Bolt and secure components using mechanical methods.
• Follow SOPs and quality checklists throughout the process.
• Inspect assemblies for alignment and quality compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and proper storage.
• Communicate with team and supervisors to maintain workflow.
• Participate in continuous improvement of assembly processes.
