Job summary

Western Partitions, Inc. (WPI) seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a team of assemblers crafting structural frames for data centers.

You will supervise daily operations, read and apply assembly drawings, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate has strong leadership with a background in mechanical assembly or carpentry, plus experience with tools, blueprints, and MES software.

Qualifications

• Proven manufacturing or construction leadership experience.
• Strong background in mechanical assembly or carpentry.
• Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings.
• Proficiency with hand/power tools and basic measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the assembly team.
• Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure on-time quality.
• Provide hands-on support in assembly when needed.
• Train new employees on techniques, safety, and quality standards.
• Ensure SOPs, QA checks, and clean, safe work environment.
