Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks an FP&A Manager, Data Centers to drive long-term and short-term financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. You will partner with the Data Centers BU Finance Leader and senior leadership to develop LRPs, AOPs, and quarterly forecasts, while improving financial processes and data analysis across the function.

The role emphasizes financial modeling, dashboard development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver actionable insights that steer business performance

Qualifications

• Understanding of performance drivers across the P&L, cash flow and balance sheet.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong collaborator who is highly effective working across organization/functions.
• Change leader with ability to lead transformation (analytically enabling processes).
• Effective presentation skills to explain forecast rationale and opportunities.
• Financial systems experience including Oracle, OneStream, and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in evaluating short and long-term financial objectives and planning.
• Lead development of Long-Range Plan (LRP), Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly forecasts.
• Oversee month-end reporting and analysis, including financial reviews and bridge development.
• Support MOR and QBR processes with operational reviews.
• Lead investment process and build business cases across Data Center businesses.
• Collaborate with BU finance leaders to establish timelines and cadence.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations to executive leadership.
• Develop financial dashboards to visualize results and trends.
