Job summary

Enterprise Electrical in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field teams on a mission-critical data center project. You will supervise journeymen and apprentices, enforce safety, and ensure work complies with NEC codes and project drawings.

Requirements include at least 7 years in commercial electrical construction, Journeyman or Master Electrician license, OSHA 30, data center experience preferred, and ability to manage manpower and schedules on site.

Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license required where applicable.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Completion of state-recognized electrical apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead journeymen, apprentices, and helpers on active data center projects.
• Read drawings, schedules, and specs; coordinate with project teams.
• Enforce safety, productivity, and quality on site.
• Maintain compliance with NEC and company standards.
