Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking an Electrical Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale mission critical data center projects in Cedar Rapids, IA, and nationwide. You will oversee execution, safety, schedules and budgets with travel as needed.

This full-time role requires 8+ years in electrical project management, strong NEC knowledge, and exceptional leadership and communication skills to guide a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in electrical project management, preferably mission critical.
• Proven track record managing large-scale electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design, installation and NEC codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and client relations.
• Experience with Procore and/or Microsoft Project.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and spend long periods on-site.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities across the project lifecycle.
• Develop plans, timelines and budgets while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Lead status meetings, monitor schedules, progress reports and change orders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align goals.
• Identify and manage risks and issues with resolution strategies.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services and establish contracts.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards through training and communication.
• Manage project close-out, including final invoices and documentation.
• Mentor and support junior staff in project management and electrical practices.
