Job summary

CBRE seeks a Foreman to oversee on-site project execution, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will manage multiple crews, coordinate with field engineers and trade contractors, and document lessons learned to improve processes.

You will lead by example, assess team strengths, and drive training initiatives while ensuring compliance with customer standards and safety regulations across projects in the Reno area.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in installing standard cabling, rack infrastructure, and managing large build projects.
• Ability to lead multiple crews and manage time effectively.
• Forecast manpower and labor units.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project).
• Document lessons learned and leadership skills.
• Read/understand drawings/blueprints and port maps.
• Understand copper and fiber installs, terminations, certifications and troubleshooting.
• CFTT and CFI certifications (or equivalent such as BICSI/FOA).
• Strong customer service and knowledge of local install standards and code.
• Ability to multitask in a high pace environment.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the onsite Project Manager.
• Coordinate with Project Manager’s schedule, directives and requests.
• Capture updates from Leads and submit to Project Manager weekly.
• Attend weekly sync with Project Manager.
• Oversee milestones and productivity adherence.
• Oversee site safety conditions.
• Coordinate with Field Engineers and trade contractors for execution of work.
• Manage and control labor on assigned projects.
• Survey completed work with QAQC Specialist before walkthrough with Field Engineer.
• Ensure workmanship aligns with customer standards.
