• Comfortable with drawings, single-lines, and spreadsheets.
• Built capacity models that detected constraints early and kept a source of truth up to date across concurrent changes.
• Present constraints with options.

Responsibilities

• Model greyspace capacity across sites to inform space and power budgets.
• Track allocation against evolving design baselines and catch shortages early.
• Build source-of-truth views used by design, delivery, and operations teams.
• Analyze trade-offs when programs compete for the same square footage or capacity headroom.
