Job summary

Fluidstack, based in Austin, TX, is seeking a data/operational analytics specialist to model capacity across the fleet—power, space, cooling, and compute—and translate numbers into deployment decisions.

You will build SQL and Python models, monitor capacity against plan, and deliver executive-ready insights; bonus points for BI tooling and data quality work, plus energy/fleet economics.

Qualifications

• Experience performing capacity, utilization, or demand analysis for infrastructure, data centers, cloud, or heavy industry.
• Ability to build and maintain models in SQL or Python that others rely on.
• Ability to translate analysis into actionable, executive-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Model capacity across fleet: power, space, cooling, and compute to inform deployment decisions.
• Track capacity usage against plan and flag constraints early.
• Develop reports linking deployment schedules to sellable capacity for leadership and commercial teams.
• Run scenario analyses for deals and allocation decisions.
