Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center operations.
• Proven experience in technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of fiber and CAT6 cabling, patching and testing tools.
• Experience with ServiceNow for request and change management.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences; knowledge of data center power systems and rack voltage limitations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will have deep data center experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in data center operations.
• Proven experience in technical leadership
• Strong understanding of fiber and CAT6 cabling, patching, and testing tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Excel, and other Microsoft products.
• Experience with ServiceNow for request and change management.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Knowledge of data center power systems and rack voltage limitations.
